Tracing Services If you have reason to believe that your debtor has absconded, or is not where they say they are, we have an intuitive, experienced team of people that can pick up on the smallest snippet of information left by your debtor, backed up with state of the art databases to provide you with an up to date confirmed address. This service is provided totally FREE of charge to our clients. We are realists and recognise that our best efforts may not bear fruit from time to time. That being the case, we have negotiated a rate with a leading firm of global investigators who can offer a more thorough UK tracing service on a NO TRACE – NO FEE basis of £40 plus VAT. Once an address has been verified, you can proceed with either our letter before action, issue legal proceedings, enforce Judgment or serve a Statutory Demand, safe in the knowledge that your debtor will know that Veritas Legal are on their case and pressing for payment on your behalf.
